Last updated October 23, 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cnxtns.com, the AI Readiness Checker on it, the CNXTNS client portal at portal.cnxtns.com, and any related pages we operate (together, the "Site"). Please read them carefully. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. ### 01Who we are The Site is operated by CNXTNS ("CNXTNS," "we," "our," or "us"), doing business in the State of Arizona. You can reach us at [jeremy@cnxtns.com](mailto:jeremy@cnxtns.com) or by mail at 2531 E Pelican Dr., Gilbert, AZ 85297. ### 02Acceptance of these Terms By accessing or using the Site, booking a call, running the AI Readiness Checker, submitting a form, signing in to the client portal, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our [Privacy Policy](https://cnxtns.com/privacy), which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that business. ### 03Eligibility and intended audience The Site is intended for owners, operators, and marketing decision-makers of U.S. businesses, including financial advisory firms, dental practices, and pool, spa, and hot tub dealers. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. ### 04What we do, and what the Site is not CNXTNS builds and runs systems that connect businesses with customers, including AI call agents, websites, outreach, data, and custom software. Content on the Site describes those services in general terms. It is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, and professional rules that apply to your business, including rules on advertising, client communications, and record keeping in your industry. ### 05Client engagements are governed by a separate agreement Booking a call or using the Site does not create a client relationship. Services are provided only under a separate written services agreement or order form ("Services Agreement") signed by you and CNXTNS. The Services Agreement sets out pricing, the commitment period, billing, cancellation, and the parties' obligations. If these Terms conflict with a signed Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls for the services it covers. Any pricing or timelines described on the Site may change without notice and are not an offer capable of acceptance. Final pricing and timelines are confirmed in your Services Agreement. ### 06The AI Readiness Checker The AI Readiness Checker reads publicly available pages of a website you enter and produces an automated score and report. Only enter a website you own or are authorized to evaluate. The score is an estimate based on the checks we run at that moment. It is not a guarantee of how any search engine or AI assistant will treat your website, and those services change how they work without notice. If you ask to see your full report, we receive the name and email address you provide along with the report, as described in our Privacy Policy. ### 07The client portal Portal accounts are created by CNXTNS for clients and the people they authorize. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. You keep ownership of the information, files, logos, and photos you provide in the portal ("Client Materials"). You grant CNXTNS a non-exclusive license to use, copy, edit, and publish Client Materials as needed to deliver the services you engage us for. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant that license, including rights to any photos, logos, and trademarks you upload. ### 08Results, statistics, and testimonials Results vary. Any statistics on the Site, including statements about answered calls, booked appointments, leads, traffic, or revenue, describe typical or historical outcomes for some clients and are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve. Your results depend on factors we do not control, including your market, budget, offer, staffing, website, and the policies of third-party platforms. Testimonials reflect the individual experience of the people who provided them. They are not representative of every client, and we do not claim that any client will achieve similar results. Some visual elements on the Site, such as example conversations, example reports, and illustrations, are illustrative and may not reflect real accounts or real people. ### 09Third-party platforms Google, Meta, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, Perplexity, Microsoft, Bing, and Apple are trademarks of their respective owners. CNXTNS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. How those platforms rank, display, approve, or answer questions about your business is decided by them under their own policies, which change over time. We do not control those decisions and do not guarantee any particular platform outcome. ### 10Calls and communications When you book a call, run the AI Readiness Checker, or submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by email, telephone, and text message at the contact details you provide, about your request and our services. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message and out of text messages by replying STOP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. ### 11Acceptable use You agree not to: - use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; - scrape, crawl, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission; - use the AI Readiness Checker to scan websites you are not authorized to evaluate, or in a way that burdens the Site or the websites it reads; - attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the client portal, its servers, or any connected system; - interfere with the operation or security of the Site, including by introducing malicious code; - submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or business; - use the Site to build a competing product or service, or to reverse engineer any part of it. ### 12Intellectual property The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, design, page layouts, logos, illustrations, animations, and software, are owned by CNXTNS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. "CNXTNS" and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without permission. ### 13Feedback If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Site or our services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation to you. ### 14Third-party links and embedded tools The Site may contain links to, or embed tools from, third parties, including a scheduling tool used to book calls. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party tool is subject to that third party's own terms. ### 15Disclaimer of warranties THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY AI READINESS SCORE OR REPORT, IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. ### 16Limitation of liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CNXTNS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). LIABILITY RELATING TO PAID SERVICES IS GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE SERVICES AGREEMENT. ### 17Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CNXTNS and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, Client Materials you provide, or your use of the Site. ### 18Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [jeremy@cnxtns.com](mailto:jeremy@cnxtns.com) and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least thirty (30) days. ### 19Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. ### 20General If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Services Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and CNXTNS regarding the Site.
